Responsibilities
  • Own strategy and execution for a moderately complex product.
  • Drive customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market execution.
  • Research and verify customer needs by building customer connections, collecting feedback, and identifying experience gaps.
  • Define and manage product strategy and business objectives by benchmarking competition and setting product-level key performance indicators.

  • Articulate problem statements and hypotheses using first-principles thinking, and explore long-term product opportunities and value creation.
  • Communicate product strategy, vision, and unit economics to stakeholders, and develop go-to-market levers for user adoption.
  • Identify where artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can differentiate the product experience and create competitive advantages.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps by gathering and documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and aligning priorities based on customer and business impact.
  • Manage the backlog and priority trade-offs, navigate organizational constraints, and ensure effective rollout and scaling using minimum viable product approaches.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver solutions and communicate product performance insights.
  • Own launch readiness, including operational workflows, telemetry plans, training, and post-launch success-metric tracking.
  • Conduct product analytics through structured data collection and evaluation, including adoption, usage, churn, Net Promoter Score, and conversion metrics.
  • Apply experimentation, including A/B testing and rapid prototyping, to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
  • Leverage artificial-intelligence-powered tools and data capabilities to improve the product development lifecycle and decision quality.
  • Translate data insights into narratives that influence prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive informed discussions with engineering teams on feasibility, risks, and technical trade-offs.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments; develop stakeholder relationships; support plans and initiatives; communicate goals and objectives; build accountability; measure progress; address improvement opportunities; and promote continuous learning.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on business processes and practices.

The recalled frozen fruit was sold at stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin. The 1.5 million-square-foot facility will be located at the Franklin 85 Logistics Center in Franklin County along Interstate 85, about 80 miles northeast of Atlanta, according to a release from the state. Walmart described the project as one of its next-generation fulfillment centers, which the retailer places in strategic markets to support same-day and next-day shipping across the United States. The release did not provide an expected completion or opening date. "As customer expectations continue to evolve, investments like our new fulfillment center in Carnesville help us deliver the speed, convenience and reliability customers count on," said Karisa Sprague, senior vice president of supply chain for Walmart U.S. "We're excited to join the Carnesville community and create meaningful career opportunities where associates can grow and build their future with Walmart," Sprague said. Gov. Brian Kemp said the project would bring employment opportunities to a rural part of Georgia and allow more residents to work closer to home. "This massive investment from Walmart in a rural part of our state will not only create new, good-paying jobs for hardworking Georgians, it will also allow them to work close to home rather than commuting to a larger city for work," Kemp said. Walmart operates 209 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs and 11 supply chain facilities in Georgia, employing more than 65,300 associates. Walmart adds Dunkin' delivery to orders at 10,000 US locations

Walmart now offers Dunkin' delivery through its website and app. The service initially launched through 150 in-store Dunkin' locations and will expand to most of Walmart's 10,000 US locations. The retailer is positioning itself as a restaurant delivery contender through collaboration with Inspire Brands. Eligible customers will see Dunkin' as an option under the "restaurants" tab based on their delivery address. Walmart previously expanded express delivery to Subway orders in June, marking its first restaurant integration. During second quarter earnings, the company reported 43% growth in store-fulfilled delivery, with orders under three hours representing around 37% of store-fulfilled orders. Competitor Target began testing Starbucks orders through its Drive Up service in 2022.
